Walk Tall, Kick Ass

Last Sunday we spent the day digging a new garden in our front yard! If we get one eggplant, I'll be happy :)

Meet Shlomo, the newest member of our family. He's a "wandering jew" plant and he lives in the kitchen :)

This was our dinner, the HUGE zucchini "stuffed" with a mixture of ground chicken, tomato, red onion, goat cheese and home made pesto sauce. Personally, I think Matt gives this guy a run for his money. I'm just sayin'...
