"baby zucchini" = YUMMO!


This was our dinner, the HUGE zucchini "stuffed" with a mixture of ground chicken, tomato, red onion, goat cheese and home made pesto sauce. Personally, I think Matt gives this guy a run for his money. I'm just sayin'...
